In each capsule Acetaminophen 250 mg (Analgesic), Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg (Decongestant), Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg (Antihistamine), Dextrometho Hydrobromide 10 mg (Antitussive)

Temporarily relieves these symptoms due to the common cold and allergies: *cough *nasal congestion *runny nose *sneezing *watery eyes *fever *aches & pains.

Do not use * more than the recommended dosage * for pain for more than 7 days * for fever for more than 3 days for children under 12 years of age * with any other product containing acetaminophen.
               
Alcohol warning: if you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor if you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.

Ask a doctor  before use if you have: *glaucoma *breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis *heart *diabetes *thyroid disease *difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland.

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use it if you are taking tranquilizers or sedatives.

Do not take this product for persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema, or if cough is accompained by excessive pidegm(mucus) unless directed by a doctor.

Stop taking this product and ask a doctor if you have *pain *fever or symptoms that persist or get worse *develop new symptoms *redness or swelling *these may be signs for a serious condition When using this product: *you may get drowsy *avoid alcoholic drinks *alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness *use caution  when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery *excitability may occur, especially in children.

If nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

If symptoms do not improve within 7 days, or are accompanied by fever, consult a doctor.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of the reach of the children.

In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediatly Prompt medical attention is critical for adults as well as  children even if you do not notice signs or symptoms.

Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's Disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug *if you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist, before taking this product.

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 2 capsules every 4 hours. Do not take more than 12 capsules in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor. For children under 12 years of age, consult a doctor
